Start with the work your warehouse must do. Write down peak inbound and outbound trucks, pallet positions, operating hours and your move-in date. Use those requirements to shortlist buildings before asking for rates.
Run a site visit around a real delivery
Follow the route from the highway to the gate, then from the gate to a dock. Check where a truck would wait if all docks were busy. Inside, walk the path a pallet would take from unloading to storage and dispatch.
Before committing, ask the landlord to put the billable area, included equipment and handover condition in writing. Compare those terms with the same operating assumptions for every site.

Check highway access and factory delivery windows
Collect the truck entrance pin and the designated approach for each Sriperumbudur property. Drive from NH 48 to the warehouse and then to the customer’s receiving gate at your normal dispatch hour. Include any service-road detour, security queue and turnaround in the time you allow. If a supplier or customer has a fixed slot, schedule the test against that slot.
