Build your fit-out budget from a floor plan and equipment list. Separate the work needed before the first delivery from changes you can defer until inventory grows.
Break the budget into work packages
Get comparable quotes for racking, power and lighting, data cabling, dock equipment, office space and safety systems as applicable. Specify installation, commissioning and any related alterations in each quote.
Identify which work the landlord will deliver and when your installers can enter. Include relocation, temporary storage and any reinstatement work required when the lease ends.
