Grade A Warehouse Specifications Tenants Should Check

Turn the Grade A label into a list of measurements you can compare. Ask each landlord for drawings and the specifications that affect your inventory and equipment.

Check the numbers against your design

Measure clear height below obstructions, review column spacing and ask for the floor specification. Confirm the location of docks, access doors and circulation routes with the loading team.

Have your racking supplier and operations team flag constraints before agreeing a layout. Record any work needed to meet the brief, who will do it and when it will be complete.

For base-rent benchmarks and worked examples, see Warehouse Rent in Sriperumbudur and Oragadam.
